Please note that the theme of the event is "Heroes of the Empire," and Their Majesties wish to hear songs, tales, and poems of the East Realm's greatest men and women. Also we would remind the bards that Their Majesties will be basing their decision on all three rounds.

The Shire of Port Oasis invites all lovers and fighters to the 12th Annual Tournament of the White Hart, February 22 -24, 2008, at the Cabell County 4-H Camp (6040 Booten Creek Road, Barboursville, WV, 25504).
The event will feature the traditional heavy weapons tournament emphasizing love and chivalry. Other activities of the day will include fencing, an Arts and Sciences competition, archery, children's activities, and more. The event will open at 6 p.m. on Friday and close at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

The Northern Lights Competition is a chance for gentles to display their wonderful talents in the fields of the Arts and Sciences. Come and share those projects you have been working on during the cold winter months. Gentles can enter into the competition or simply attend to peruse the variety of exhibits, competition entries, talk to old friends, and make a few new ones.
I present to you a 2-day extravaganza of fighting geared to female fighters, there will also be classes for men and pickups to be had by all on Sunday. The Combat Symposium will be held March 1and 2, 2007, 10AM to 6PM.
