As is tradition in the heartlands, Their Royal Majesties Calontir have decreed that a grand tournament and melee be organized for all of their nobles, knights, and commons; as well as their Royal Cousins and their subjects from across the Known World. This tournament is to be held on the ground of their forefathers, the Field of Lilies, and is to consist of all manner of pageantry, display and entertainment for all who might attend.
Household Knightshade from the Shire of Bordescros will host an
informal "Arts and Sciences Workshop" to encourage the Good Gentles
of Deniliquin and other Bordertownes to Understand the "Gentler Aspects of the SCA"…..

Long ago in the Barony of St. Swithin's Bog, upon a section of land once called the Western Border, a tradition began known as Spring Thing at which the Barony and all her family and friends gathered to dispel the winter's cobwebs and celebrate the return of Spring! Join us this year for the 9th Annual Spring Thing Event hosted by the Canton of Westland Mor!
The Collegium will be hosted at Wagonmaster RV Park in Sanger, TX, off of
I35. This will be as period an event as we can hold so most classes will be
under the shade of pavilions.

The next scribal workshop will be held on Saturday June 14th from 11 am until 4 pm at my home in Hodges, SC. As usual, we will hold a workshop for the scribal arts.
Lucien will have fencing practice outside. This time we will also be hosting a SCA "Swap Meet". (Thanks to Bri and Marla who suggested this!) Bring out your unwanted or unneeded SCA gear, jewelry, pretty much anything and swap or sell it to a new home where it can get a new life! Finally, this is an Ordes weekend, so come prepared to enjoy the fare at our very own local English Pub. We attend in Garb, so pack accordingly!
The time has come for the Annual Dragonsspine Warlord and Champions competition! A day full of more fighting than you can hope to do (it is, we planned it that way). Heavy, Light, or Archery, whatever your interest is, we have it here.

Take the Kings Highway (I-25) to Exit 141 (US Highway 24 West) in Colorado Springs. Make a left onto Cimarron (Hwy 24 - West). Turn left at 21st St from Hwy 24 (second stoplight). Follow over the hill to Argus, where you turn right. The first right on Argus is the entrance to the park, and parking is at the entrance.
