The Shire of Meadowmarsh and the Barony of Knights Crossing invite you to the tenth Nibelungen war. Warriors of our realm, and those who would look to the strife in our realm.
After ten years of war about the claim of a legendary treasure which was never found, the Barony of Knights Crossing and the shire of Meadowmarsh have agreed to settle the struggle and to keep peace so both lands may prosper and grow to extend the kings wealth and power.
Journey to the Crusades will be coming on September 19-21, 2008 to Pleasant Grove in Palmyra, Virginia. There will be a Central War Practice along with rapier, lots and lots of archery (with an archery target competition), youth armored combat, and cavalry with tournaments and jousting. There will be other A&S competitions as well.
This will be a camping event; however, it is a primitive site. There is running water on site. Merchants are welcome. Please visit our website to get more information:

This teaching event has classes for the Archer, Bowyer and Fletcher. There are also Ithra Core and other unique classes. Participate in activities such as archery novelty shoots and royal rounds.

We are pleased to announce that the Coronation of Darius and Alethea will be held on Saturday, September 27th, in the Barony of Carolingia (Lexington, MA).
The fee for the site will be $10 per adult (non-members will be
charged an additional $3). Children aged 11-18 will be charged $5,
children 10 and under are free, and students with a valid ID are $9.
The feast will be cooked by Lord Zohane Faber, called Eletarius. The

On the October Long Weekend the Barony of Mordenvale will open up it lands once again so that those who are inclined may wage war amongst themselves, preferably on the war field. The event is a fully catered event and will also include a wonderful assortment of merchants, arts and sciences as well as tavern and coffee house.
When : Gates open Friday 3rd of October and the event continues through until Monday
This event is intended to be a fun get together of people interested in the Arts and Sciences to share and learn about different types of Arts and Sciences and get ideas and feed back. This is not an Arts and Sciences competition but instead a forum of sorts to learn, teach, and share with each other. There will also be a fighting demo on Friday where we hope to have both rapier and heavy fighting. This will be on the University of Minnesota campus and is intended to get the attention of students and show off the fun things we do.

The Barony of Blackstone Mountain will host this years Fall Crown Tournament the weekend of October 4th, 2008. The event site is Hawk's Nest State Park, Route 60, WV (no street address). We will greet the day's visitors at 9AM with gracious hospitality befitting the day. Visitors caught on our lands after 10PM will be pressed into labor mining our black stones!
The time is rapidly approaching for you to complete those final touches on your projects and confirm your documentation for the Kingdom Arts & Sciences Competition.
The AS .xxxxiii. (2008) Competition will take place in Wickenburg, AZ, at the Wickenburg High School [WHS], on Saturday 4 October 2008 and promises to be an exciting and fun-filled day for all. In addition to the glorious displays by our talented Kingdom to enjoy and envy, there will be dancing, a chess tournament, and many other surprises to entertain you. Dancing will be taught and lead by the ever so graceful and patient Mistress Jehanne le feu du Christ. Our Chess Champion has issued a challenge to all, and there will be prizes. THL Eden Blacksmith, granted by the contributions of many generous groups of the Kingdom, will provide a sumptuous buffet luncheon. The main feast is sold out as of August 18. But do not despair, you won't go hungry: if you missed the main feast, you can make a reservation for a smaller feast with less dishes. Note that the smaller feast is served in a separate building. If seats would become available for the main feast, those will be offered to those who have made reservations for the smaller feast, in the reservation order (i.e. the faster you book the small feast, the more likely you are to get a seat at the main feast as cancellations are inevitable).
