At Their Court in the Barony of al-Barran December 15, 2007, Their Majesties of the Kingdom of the Outlands chose to elevate Viscount Berold de Gilbert to the Order of the Pelican.
His Excellency was asked for his response, and when he answered in the affirmative, was elevated then and there to the Order. The elevation took place at the Midwinter event. Congratulations! |
