Multidisciplinary Medieval Studies Center opens

The University of St Andrews in Scotland is opening a new interdisciplinary center for Medieval Studies that is one of the largest such centers.
Although located in Scotland, the center's scope of study includes most of Europe and the Middle East. The new interdisciplinary center's founding doubles the staff for this area of study at the University. |
