Time Team finds ancient gate

The BBC's Time Team believe they have discovered the 'Great Gate' of Langthorne Abbey in West Ham, England. The Abbey itself may lie beneath rail lines.

The Time Team's latest project is in conjunction with the Newham Council and the Museum of London. After the excavations are completed, the land is scheduled to be turned into community open space.
