American millionaire businessman Donald Trump is being investigated for his plan to use the Trump heraldry to promote his golf resort in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

Scottish heraldic authorities require the registration of a coat of arms before it can be used. To date, Trump has failed to register his heraldry, which is being used on promotional material.
