Researchers from the First Colony Foundation are gearing up to begin an extensive search for America's "Lost Colony." The project will be covered by the Time Team America program.
Fort Raleigh will be the first of five sites to be covered during the project which seeks to find evidence of European and Native American interaction. The team includes archaeologists, geophysicists and graphic artists whose job it is to uncover the mystery of the lost settlers. |
