Owen ap Morgan to be elevated in the West

Owen ap Morgan of the Kingdom of the West has announced that he will be keeping vigil on Friday June 13, 2008 before Kingdom Arts & Sciences to contemplate elevation to the Order of the Pelican.

The elevation is scheduled to take place Saturday June 14, 2008.
