Kids "hooked on the Middle Ages"

Spectators strolling through Norlo Park in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania July 4th weekend, were surprised to find their park peopled by the lords and ladies of the Middle Ages when the local chapter of the SCA hosted its annual Renaissance Fair. "I love action and watching kids throw knives. You don't see that everyday," said park visitor Mark Conklin (age 11) who is now hooked on the Middle Ages. "All I need to know is what day, time and I'll be here." |
