Ingredients
- 1/3 cp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cp Xaoxing
- 3 TB Sugar
- 1/2 cp Garlic (minced)
- Ginger & Scallions (sliced)
- 1/4 cp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 package FIRM Duòfú (Tofu)
Cooking Instructions
- Mix Soy Sauce, Xaoxing, & Sugar.
- Cube the duòfú into 1/4" pieces.
- Marinate duòfú 15-30 min.
- Divide seasonings in half.
- Drain marinade & reserve liquid.
- Deep fry duòfú until golden brown, then drain.
- Stir-fry 1/2 the seasonings 2-3 min.
- Add remaining seasonings & duòfú.
- Stir-fry to mix well & add the reserved marinade.
- Simmer until nice and bubbly, then remove from heat & serve on sticky steamed white rice.
