Several SCA kingdoms are participating in a project to knit or crochet bandages for people suffering from leprosy.

SCA knitters with time on their hands may wish to participate in a project to knit or crochet tropical sore bandages used for patients suffering from leprosy. Instructions are available on the Bev's Country Cottage website.

The link was discussed on one of the kingdom lists. I don't think it's an organized SCA effort, rather one by the lady who runs the website. SCA members can volunteer their efforts directly if they like. Milica
