Period Hawking Demos on Jersey

If you're visiting Jersey in the Channel Islands this summer, you can see a demonstration of period falconry.

Mont Orgueil Falconers are based in the thirteenth-century Mont Orgueil Castle, which was built to protect Jersey from the French. Dressed in period garb, they perform daily demonstrations of falconry techniques from April to September.
