Family cap for 4 or more is $22.00 pre-reg and $30.00 at the door
***NOTE*** there is a $3.00 surcharge for all non-members adult and child

Feast Fees
Adult: Pre-reg $10.00, $13.00 at the door
Child Feast 12 & under: Pre-reg $5.00, $6.50 at the door
Servers fees are $7.00, please sign up to serve at site.

*****Dietary Needs MUST be sent to AutoCrat at least 1 week before event.

Merchant Fees
$10.00 fee + $10.00 refundable deposit

Entry into the Tournament is a toy valued at least $5.00 OR A $5.00 Donation. You are allowed 1 extra life with the donation of a new coat. *Only 1 extra life per fighter. For both Rapier & heavy weapons.

Directions:
From the North, I 65, South to I 265 West to Dixie Hwy. Turn right at the end of the ramp and left at the next light, Bethany Lane Follow Bethany Lane to Sun Valley on right. From I 71 to I 265 South to Dixie Hwy. Turn right at the end of the ramp and left at the next light, Bethany Lane Follow Bethany Lane to Sun Valley on right

From the west: I 64 East to Watterson expressway East to Dixie Hwy South toward Fort Knox. Follow to Bethany Lane On Right Just Before I 265. Turn right onto Bethany Lane Follow to Site on Right.

From the East, to I 265 South to Dixie Hwy. Turn right at the end of the ramp and left at the next light, Bethany Lane Follow Bethany Lane to Sun Valley on right.

From the south: I 65 N to I265 W to Dixie Hwy. Turn Right off ramp. Turn Left onto Bethany Lane Follow to site on right.

On the table : Zakuski : Eggs, Pickled herring, Cheeses (hard, fetta, Etc.) Pickled Mushrooms, Caviar, Sausages, Veggies, Meatballs, Nuts, Black Bread, Butter.

Soup & Salad remove: Salad (greens, spinach), Vinaigrette, Ukrainian Borscht ( Beef & Veggies, Sour Cream, Rolls, Butters (Honey, Herb, Garlic)

1st Remove: Kurnik (Chicken Pie), Kutya (Christmas Pudding), Roasted Root Vegetables, Pumpkin Dip W. Ginger cookies.

2nd Remove: Stuffed Pork Loin, Poppied Noodles in Honey Cream, Spiced Apple pudding

Sweet Remove: Rum Baba (Russian Fruit cakes, not what you think), Pashka, Fruits, Cheeses.

Dietary Alternative Feast:
Soup & salad: Clear Borsht
1st remove: Kurnik made with Chikn
2nd remove: Cabbage rolls W/ Mushroom & rice.
