Pazyryk warrior gives keys to Russian past

The well-preserved, frozen remains of a 2,000-year-old Russian warrior, found recently in the Altai mountains region of Russia, have archaeologists excited.
The body, believed to have been from the elite Pazyryk tribe, was found wearing a felt coat with sable fur trimmings surrounded by an icepick and a wooden frame with drawings of mythological creatures. |
