It gives me great pleasure to announce that once again the Canton of Mons Draconis will be hosting the Barony of Dreiburgen's Spring Tournament in conjunction with our 12th Anniversary. We invite you to make the pilgrimage into the mountains of Santa Barbara for a weekend of feasting and fighting, storytelling and merry-making. The Bard of Darach competition is open to all the bards. Join us for their wit and words. Armoured Combat and Rapier fighters will have tournaments along with other contests and activities for non-fighters.
Activities
Be sure to visit the reliquaries of the "saints of the SCA". Many a fighter owes their continuing intelligence to St. Helm de Freon the patron saint of armourers, and autocrats pray to St. Helia de Hands for last minute volunteers. Visit the roadside shrines to these and other "saints" on your way through our Canterbury Tales.

This year we have added an extra day to the Potrero War experience. Gates will open at 10am Thursday for those who choose to spend an extra day with us and at 8am Friday for all other attendees. Attending Thursday will cost an additional $5 for adults and children over the age of 13, but only an additional $2 for children between the ages of 6-12. Children under the age of 5 continue to be guests of the Barony. There will be combat scenarios or tournaments on Friday.

Though the first fire started in Malibu, part of the Barony of Lyondemere, Caid, the most destruction has occurred within San Diego County, the Barony of Calafia, Caid.
